Product Conditions

To accept returns or exchanges, the product must:

• Be unused
• Include its original packaging
• Arrive in perfect condition (used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted)

Costs

• The shipping costs of the original order are the responsibility of the customer
• The return or exchange shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer

Procedure

• Send an email to info@crunccibycc.com including your order number.
• We will provide you with the return address and the instructions to follow.
• Once the product is received and its condition verified, we will process the exchange or refund.
